Motorola G8 images show a display with no notch or punch hole

Recent Motorola models have switched between notches and punch holes for their selfie cameras, but something else is on the horizon – the Moto G8, which will most likely have a pop-up selfie camera. Check out these two images below, posted by @evleaks. There’s no selfie camera, not even an earpiece, just a uniform bezel on the top and the sides. However, the bottom bezel is thicker than expected. Motorola G8 It’s early for a new G-series phone – the  Moto G7  lineup was announced in February this year. The G6 before it came out in April 2018. The “Moto G8” name was previously attached to  these renders , which appear to show the  Motorola One Action  – note the  triple camera . Top 10 trending phones of week 25

Week 25 saw the Samsung Galaxy A50 return to the top of our trending chart after watching various newly announced phones occupy the top for the past few months. Well, there were no major launches this week (the Huawei nova 5 series came too late) and the mid-ranger took its chance to add another title to its tally. Its stablemate - the Galaxy A70 became the biggest gainer as it rose three spots to get the silver medal, ahead of last week's leader - the Xiaomi Mi 9T. The Redmi K20 Pro, which is yet to make a proper international debut retained fourth, just edging out the rising Redmi Note 7. A Samsung entry level trio follows with the newly unveiled Galaxy M40 taking sixth ahead of the Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A20. Motorola One Pro is still not official, but it turned just enough heads to make the chart and capture ninth spot. It's also the only phone not coming from either Samsung or Xiaomi this week. The final available position goes to another newcommer - the Sams...

Samsung Galaxy A10 to be company's first phone with UD fingerprint reader

It seems that Samsung is sticking to its plan of implementing new features to its mid-range A-series first and the most recent rumor is a testament for that even though it sounds like a long shot. According to a Chinese leakster, Samsung is working on an upper-mid-range Galaxy A10 smartphone with an under-display fingerprint reader. The tweet doesn't reveal anything else although, this is not the first time we hear of a Galaxy A10 coming. The same account on Twitter reported that Samsung is working on a Galaxy A model powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC. The Galaxy A10 seems like the perfect fit for the FP reader and the flagship SoC given that the Galaxy A8s, for example, is rocking a Snapdragon 710. We hope that more evidence will pile up soon because at this point we are just speculating and guessing.

Lenovo's triple-cam Z5s will become official on December 18

It's official, Lenovo will announce the  Z5s  on December 18 at its global headquarters in Beijing. The company went about announcing the date through a series of posters on Weibo, moving past the previous official date of  December 6 . Lenovo's teaser for the Z5s The posters themselves don't reveal many specifics - we get an outline of the Lenovo Z5s, a promise of Speed and a look at the (distinctly reminiscent of the Huawei P20 Pro) triple camera array on the rear. Lenovo's second and third teaser for the Z5s We know  very little  of the Lenovo Z5s - a 6.39-inch display on the front (likely sporting some kind of notch) and a 3,210mAh battery are all that's been confirmed so far. If we're to go by the Lenovo Z5 Pro, the Z5s could use a Snapdragon 710 or even a Snapdragon 845. Earlier rumors pointed to a Snapdragon 855, but the device is going live too early to have that silicone inside.
