Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy on roadmap for Jabong, Myntra

Over the past few weeks and months, massive changes have taken place at Flipkart, most notably the exit of Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal. Since Bansal’s exit, Flipkart’s current chief executive Kalyan Krishnamurthy is the undisputed leader at the online retailer, with Myntra and Jabong now reporting into him. In a wide-ranging interview with  Mint , Krishnamurthy talked about a variety of issues, including Flipkart’s growth plans for the next few years, the recent round of headlines surrounding changes at Myntra and whether Flipkart plans to get new strategic investors on board. Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett bet on a $250 billion unclaimed internet market

India’s long-neglected retail market is turning into one of the world’s hottest thanks to  Warren Buffett ,  Jeff Bezos  and a frenzy of billion-dollar dealmaking. Walmart Inc. just wrapped up a $16 billion agreement for control of the country’s leading e-commerce player,  Flipkart  Online Services Pvt., while Bezos’ Amazon.com Inc. negotiates deals with a large supermarket chain and an investment in a prominent retail conglomerate, according to local media.
