In the development of the Huawei-US trade tensions, the US Department of Commerce will begin issuing special licenses to companies that wish to keep their business ties with the Chinese tech giant. The news was confirmed by the head of the Commerce of Department Wilbur Ross at the Annual Security Conference on Export Controls and Security. Late last month at the G20 summit, US president Donald Trump  confirmed  American companies will continue to sell components to Huawei granted that they doesn’t pose a threat to national security. Later on it became  clear  that US companies would be allowed to sell widely available components which are sold in other markets while more sensitive equipment would remain off limits. A smaller app that requires less data image source:- theVarge Tinder has already publicized its plans to expand around the world, specifically in Asia, but today, it’s taking the next logical step in that journey and introducing a smaller version of its Android app — called Tinder Lite. The app is 25 times smaller than the main app, and while it maintains the core functionality, like swiping, it nixes more data-heavy ones, like the Feed. The idea is that Tinder Lite is faster, requires less battery life, and reduces data usage. For now, Tinder Lite users can’t upgrade to a Tinder Plus or Gold subscription within the app, but the company says it plans to do so over time. Airtel customers can now set their favourite songs as Hello Tunes for free through Wynk Music app(REUTERS) Airtel continues to offer freebies to its users under ‘Airtel Thanks’ programme. The latest is free Hello Tunes for its postpaid and prepaid customers. The benefit is available to all Airtel customers with plans of Rs 129 and above. Airtel users can get a new Hello Tune via the company’s Wynk music application. Users can change their Hello Tune as many times they want. Users, however, will have to renew the ‘Hello Tunes’ subscription through Wynk Music every 30 days. Week 25 saw the Samsung Galaxy A50 return to the top of our trending chart after watching various newly announced phones occupy the top for the past few months. Well, there were no major launches this week (the Huawei nova 5 series came too late) and the mid-ranger took its chance to add another title to its tally. Its stablemate - the Galaxy A70 became the biggest gainer as it rose three spots to get the silver medal, ahead of last week's leader - the Xiaomi Mi 9T. The Redmi K20 Pro, which is yet to make a proper international debut retained fourth, just edging out the rising Redmi Note 7.
